Sachin Kandhari is of counsel at Moazzam & Associates, LLC. Mr. Kandhari drafts and reviews patent applications and inventor disclosure forms for medical, mechanical, business, and telecommunications devices and methods. Mr. Kandhari also performs prior art searches and helps assist inventors broaden the scope of their inventions. Mr. Kandhari’s experiences at Moazzam & Associates include working on technologies such as data transfer and services over wireless telecommunications networks including 3G and IMS, and medical devices and methods.
Mr. Kandhari has an extensive background in legal research and technology development. Mr. Kandhari worked as a law clerk at the Bardmesser Law Group where he performed legal research on software claims, antitrust, and licensing issues. At Thomson West, Mr. Kandhari was part of a team that provided guidance and troubleshooting for Westlaw users and also designed novel methods to train students and faculty and to market the Westlaw research system. Additionally, as a research assistant at the University of Virginia, Mr. Kandhari performed research for the design and construction of Multi-Wire Drift Chambers installed at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (JLAB). This project consisted of designing a prototype target cell for a Large Acceptance Spectrometer at JLAB using AutoCAD and VariCAD. Mr. Kandhari’s extensive technological knowledge make him a great resource for the firm and enable him to assist in representing clients with specialized needs in every technology field. |
